Nationwide Fun Run One Goal-One Nation “Takbo Para Sa Pagbabago 2012″

NATIONWIDE FUN RUN ONE GOAL-ONE NATION “TAKBO PARA SA PAGBABAGO 2012” 
The event is a fun run for all ages, teens,sports enthusiast,and young professionals. This event will be for the benefit of The Philippine National Red Cross, the tale of the hundreds of thousands of ordinary people who devoted their time and resources to help the poorest of the poor and reacting positively to disasters, national concerns and other related issues.

This momentous occasion marks the organizations 64^th year, since it was established in the year 1947,and in celebration of EARTH DAY 2012. The objectives of this event are to promote the interests of the needy, to promote people to exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle, and to encourage them that they can help and reach each-others hand even in smallest possible ways .

This event, which would be open to the public will be conducted in  EIGHT (8) KEY CITIES namely: Manila, Clark Pampanga, Dagupan, Batangas, Cebu, Davao, Vigan and Cagayan de Oro city, in 3K, 5k and 10k competition starting April 8, 2012 for Manila area and will tentatively run in all Saturdays of March and April.

This is a whole day event, run will start at 5am and the awarding follows after, a blood letting campaign will be facilitated by PNRC during the afternoon and a mini concert after sunset, regular and new blood donors are encouraged to join the activity, and help save lives.
